How to use Akilles:
- On the Exercise tab:
- Start by adding your favorite exercises.
- On the workout tab:
- Build a workout routine with the exercises you have created. Add sets of your exercises that will be completed in the workout.
- During your workout, select all the sets you've completed and click 'record' to log the sets you've finished for today. In the future, your workouts can be easily reused and modified to fit your progression.
- Recorded set information will be saved to that exercise's data to maintain your PRs, max weights, max reps, volume load, and more.
- On the daily sets tab:
- All recorded sets appear in the daily sets view. Track your daily progress and stay on top of your gains.
